Position: Customer Relationship Executive

- Customer Interface by outbound calls/Remote/Telephonic Support based on onsite visits done by field executives as well as remote support handled by support co-ordinators for all locations.
- Customer feedback on the quality of calls attended by the support teams based on their assessment of issue resolution – solved or further action
needed to solve and check on further requirement of customers – on the product / service.
- Daily interact directly with the Management and with team heads on the quality of Service Calls and co-ordinate in an effective manner.
- Maintain daily call reports and share with the management and respective team heads and report any discrepancy if found to the same.
– Excellent Communication Skills in English /Tamil
– Experience in Customer Relationship in making outbound calls
– A Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer support a must
– Tally ERP knowledge/Accounting background will be an advantage
– Must be quick learners with flair for customer happiness.
Salary: 15K – 20K Per Month (Based on their experience)
