Job Profile:

  • Liaison with clients via inbound or outbound calls or via Remote (Internet) based on the license allocation.
  • Identifying and Allocation of Partners for the implementation.
  • To Manage the Co-coordinators and Partners from various
  • To generate report and to manage the data.
  • To take care of the payment follow ups
  • Speak to customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional, they should have good understanding of the product Tally ERP9 and train the partner.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy, and must not escalate issues.
  • Communicate effectively with the clients and the teams on the daily implementations & Service Calls Schedule.


– Excellent Communication Skills in English, Tamil and Preferably Hindi

– Experienced – Minimum 3-4 years of experience in customer support

– Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 a plus, Accounting background will be an advantage .

– Willingness to learn.
