- Handling the job orders received and to maintain database.
- Taking care of Sign-Off and to allocate the job orders to the developers.
- To Co-ordinate with the in-house developers on the work in progress and update customer/client.
- To be a SPOC – Single Point of Contact for the implementation on customization and.
- To have good Understanding of SDLC – Software Development Life Cycle
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy, and must not escalate issues.
- Provide/ give additional customer education as needed.
- Communicate effectively with Managers/teams on the work pending, sign offs and maintain reports of all customisation Schedule.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English, Tamil and Preferably Hindi
- Experienced – Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support
- Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 a plus, Accounting background will be an advantage.
