Experience: Minimum of 2 – 4 years into Tally Support
- We would expect the candidate to Support the onsite calls on a work plan fixed by the Co-Ordinators.
- Onsite Customer calls based on the customer enquires.
- To resolve customer issues with the products or services at a minimum turnaround time.
- Maintain log of the calls handled, reports onsite/remote for the day and share with the Reporting Manager
- Maintain high quality of client support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
- Knowledge in the Accounting domain will be an advantage.
– An Experience of minimum 2-4 year into Service/Support of IT Products
– Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background will be a plus.
– Preferred Qualification: BBA/B.com/MCA
– Salary: Based on the Experience
