Job Responsibilities
· Handle Clients issues at various locations Pan India on technical queries and
Other issues on Tally, speak to various Client dealers in Multilingual on
Product/service queries and gives them the right solutions.
· Assigning of the Tally Partners to various dealers of the clients.
· Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day
And share with the Team Head and Reporting Manager.
· Maintain high quality of client support in the least turnaround time and with
Minimal escalations on calls.
· Train the user on Tally and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
Requirements:
· Excellent Communication Skills in English/Tamil/Hindi/Kannada /Telugu (at least 3 languages proficient)
· Any graduation with Experience of a minimum of 1 year in customer support
· Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background will be a plus.
