Job Profile

  • We would expect you to achieve the responsibilities delegated at a minimum turnaround time.
  • Handle Customers issues at various locations in and around Pondicherry on technical queries and other issues on Tally ERP.9 and give them the right solutions.
  • It is your accountability to procure AMC for licenses sold as well as to Promote and procure Customized orders. This requires system study and documentation and understanding of the client’s business process.
  • Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
  • Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
  • Train the user on Tally ERP.9 and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
  • Update in the suite CRM and report on all the calls/ work done.
