Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibility

  • Handle Clients issues at various locations Pan India on technical queries and other issues on Tally, speak to various Client dealers in Multilingual on product/service queries and give them the right solutions.
  • Assigning of the Tally Partners to various dealers of the clients.
  • Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the Reporting Manager.
  • Maintain high quality of client support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
  • Train the user on Tally and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
  • Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.
  • We would expect you to achieve the responsibilities delegated at a minimum turnaround time.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi, English & Tamil
  • Any graduation with Experience of a minimum of 1 year in customer support
  • Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background will be a plus
  • Good in Communication
