Job Description  – Customer Support Executive

• We would expect you to achieve the responsibilities delegated at a minimum

Turn around time.

• Handle Clients issues at various locations Pan India on technical queries and

other issues on Tally, speak to various Client dealers in Multilingual on

product/service queries and give them the right solutions.

• Assigning of the Tally Partners to various dealers of the clients.

• Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day

and share with the Team Head and Reporting Manager.

• Maintain high quality of client support in the least turnaround time and with

minimal escalations on calls.

• Train the user on Tally and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.


  • Any Graduate with minimum 0-1 years of Experience.
  • Good Communication skills in English/Tamil/ Hindi/ Telugu
  • Knowledge of Tally Prime  is added advantage
