Roles and Responsibility
- Handle Clients issues at various locations Pan India on technical queries and other issues on Tally, speak to various Client dealers in Multilingual on product/service queries and give them the right solutions.
- Assigning of the Tally Partners to various dealers of the clients.
- Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the Reporting Manager.
- Maintain high quality of client support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
- Train the user on Tally and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
- Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.
- We would expect you to achieve the responsibilities delegated at a minimum turnaround time.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi, English & Tamil
- Any graduation with Experience of a minimum of 1 year in customer support
- Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background will be a plus
- Good in Communication
