Job Description:

To work in office location and to go for customer visits
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in Tally
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Job Specification:

Looking only B.com Graduates
Must have a knowledge as well Work Experience in Tally
NO WORK FROM HOME
Two Wheeler and licence must to go for Customer Visit if Needed
Experience in same as added advantage
No freshers, Preferred Male Candidates only

Minimum 1years of exp in tally is must
