Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules and appointments of the BDE and communicating relevant information to the Heads.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high-level decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently as well in teams.
- Updating the daily call reports and sending them to the team head and on the follow-ups, Leads generated, and closing of the business.
- Arranging collection of payments.
- Maintaining call reports daily and sharing with the BDM and BDEs on demos fixed and on the prospects.
- Day-to-day activities to be updated on the calls handled and closures.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Requirements:
- 1+ years in Tele calling – Sales Experience in any industry.
- Should know MS Office & Tally Prime.
- Looking For Female Candidates.
- Good in Communication.
