Senior HR Coordinator (Recruitment and Generalist)

Job Description : 

Sourcing of CVs from Job portals, Consultants. 

Screening and short listing of Candidates 

Sending emails and putting the candidates in the loop till recruitment is complete. 

To work along with the HR Manager and give status on each role and status of the candidates. 

Keeping in touch with the short listed pool of candidates by Call/emails regularly, Maintain the DB of the candidates, for urgent sourcing. 

Update information of new joiners, biometric, HRMS 

Good Admin skills.  

Eligibility: 

Any Graduate. Non Tech Graduates preferred with Admin/HR skills.  (BBA/MBA-HR) Min 2 year to max 4 yrs in similar role 

Good Communication skills, computer proficient, familiarity with Job portals, social media – Linkedin, facebook. 

Should have a Flair for HR
