Support Executive

Job Profile:

  •  Should work on a daily Schedule/plan given by the Manager.
  • Convert/Closure on the leads generated by the Sales Coordinators.
  • Maintain Reports on: The status of calls and demo given, Customers met.
  • Maintain daily Report to the team head.
  • Monitor follow- ups on TSS (Product License expiry).
  • Give Product Demo based on customer requirements and closure of sale
  • AMC Renewals of clients as well as market new AMCs.
  • Should have fair accounting background, Knowledge of Tally Prime a plus.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Handle Customers issues at various locations in technical queries and other issues on Tally Prime and give them the right solutions.
  • Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
  • Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
  • Train the user on Tally Prime and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
  • Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.


  • Commerce Graduate (BBA/B.COM/M.COM/MBA ) with Sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in sales/ Support
  • Must possess a vehicle (2 Wheeler) willing to travel locally.
  • Conveyance is payable extra.
