Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Your responsibility to establish a constructive learning environment and relationship with the student to encourage advice-seeking and maximize learning opportunities.
- Commitment to handle training at different locations as required by the training requirements of YENNES.
- Keep sessions more interactive and explain their doubts and clarifications instantly on accounting features and on Tally.
- Train the students on Tally and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
- Be punctual and handle the classes in the time frame given.
- Handle inbound calls from Customers from various locations in TN/Chennai on technical queries and other issues on Tally Prime and give them the right solutions.
- Maintain log of the calls handled- Remote/telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
- Maintain the quality of customer support in the least turnaround time with minimal escalations on calls.
- All calls made to be updated in the CRM and needs to maintain the quality of the regular support calls
