Benefits of AMC with YENNES

YENNES provides its customers highly personalized Tally solutions paralleled with equally qualitative support services. The Tally customer can enroll under an Annual Maintenance Contract ( AMC) depending upon their license (single user, multi user, Tally server) which would enable them to receive round the clock business solutions to all their queries via onsite, emails and/or telephone calls.

Most repeat customers opt for the AMC plan as this enables smooth service without any hindrance in the face of any serious issue. Some of the support services provided to our customers under the AMC would be:

  • Remote services – our team of dedicated Tally professionals provide remote services to clients by logging into the client’s computer and giving accurate solutions to their requirements/queries.
  • Uninterrupted services- a steady and uninterrupted service is provided to clients in case of data corruption, hardware crash or any other system related issues.
  • ‘x’ number of site visits – with an AMC cover of Tally with YENNES, the customer also benefits with ‘x’ number of visits by our executives where the repeat customer can clarify all queries related to features on Tally, reports and outputs, entries, re-installation, new release, updates and so on.

It is to be noted that the charges and the number of site visits varies with the Tally version. Moreover, at times a few training sessions to the users are also covered under the AMC as well as implementations on Tally.
