About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires.
  • On boarding of new joiners, gather their personal data and other on boarding activities
  • Experience in sourcing, bulk hiring, and campus hiring
  • Experience in handling calls and clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Should have a minimum of 6 months of experience or any internship experience in recruitment.
  • MBA / PG / Graduate pursuing or completed (preferably in HR / Business / Management).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
  • Canva designing skills (basic creative ability) – required.
