Job description for HR Coordinator
About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires.
- On boarding of new joiners, gather their personal data and other on boarding activities
- Experience in sourcing, bulk hiring, and campus hiring
- Experience in handling calls and clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Should have a minimum of 6 months of experience or any internship experience in recruitment.
- MBA / PG / Graduate pursuing or completed (preferably in HR / Business / Management).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
- Canva designing skills (basic creative ability) – required.
