- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies .
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Perform in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, and qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires.
- On boarding of new joiners, gather their personal data and other on boarding activities
- Maintenance of daily attendance of all locations and to send the same to the management on a daily basis and the data management in the HRMS.
Requirements:
- Should have minimum 1 and Maximum 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Experience in sourcing, bulk hiring, and campus hiring
- Experience in handling calls and clients
- candidate must be a graduate in any stream
- Must have excellent communication skills & good interpersonal skills.
- Must have good knowledge of computers and excel.
