HR Coordinator

Job Description :

  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Perform in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, and qualifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • On boarding of new joiners, gather their personal data and other on boarding activities
  • Maintenance of daily attendance of all locations and to send the same to the management on a daily basis and the data management in the HRMS.

Eligibility:

  • Should have minimum 1 and Maximum 3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
  • candidate must be a graduate in any stream
  • Must have excellent communication skills & good interpersonal skills.
