- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies within timelines.
- Talent Sourcing: Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle including screening, interview coordination, assessments, and candidate feedback.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Onboarding Management: Handle onboarding activities, collect employee documentation, and ensure smooth joining processes.
- Payroll & Compliance: Manage HRMS, payroll processing, and statutory compliance activities.
- Performance Management: Support employee performance management processes and employee insurance administration.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and improve employee engagement.
- HR Policy Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and update HR policies as required.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records and manage HR management systems effectively.
- Background Verification: Initiate and coordinate background verification checks before onboarding new hires.
Requirements:
- Qualification- MBA- HR (Prefered)
- Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment and Generalist role
- Experience in handling calls and clients
- candidate must be a graduate in any stream
- Must have excellent communication skills & good interpersonal skills.
- Must have expertise in MS-Office suite
