- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and relevant communication with senior management.
- Facilitate product demos for Business Development Executives (BDEs) and support closing of deals.
- Maintain daily call reports, weekly updates, and CRM entries on leads, demos, and closed business.
- Manage client databases, project details, and schedules; coordinate between Business Managers, Project Managers, and Leads.
- Oversee Customer Relationship Management, including follow-ups on payments and delivery timelines.
- Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness, keeping clients informed of any delays or issues.
- Support senior sales staff with month-end sales reports and weekly progress updates.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in similar administrative/sales support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
- Well-organized, responsible, and strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Team player with high dedication and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA), or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of Tally is a plus.
