Sales Coordinator

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and relevant communication with senior management.
  • Facilitate product demos for Business Development Executives (BDEs) and support closing of deals.
  • Maintain daily call reports, weekly updates, and CRM entries on leads, demos, and closed business.
  • Manage client databases, project details, and schedules; coordinate between Business Managers, Project Managers, and Leads.
  • Oversee Customer Relationship Management, including follow-ups on payments and delivery timelines.
  • Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness, keeping clients informed of any delays or issues.
  • Support senior sales staff with month-end sales reports and weekly progress updates.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in similar administrative/sales support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
  • Well-organized, responsible, and strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Team player with high dedication and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA), or a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Tally is a plus.
