Job description for Support Executive
Job Responsibilities
- We would expect you to achieve the responsibilities delegated at a minimum turnaround time
- Handle Customers issues at various locations in and around Chennai on technical queries and other issues on Tally prime and give them the right solutions.
- It is your accountability to procure AMC for licenses sold as well as to Promote and procure Customized orders. This requires system study and documentation and understanding of the client’s business process.
- Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
- Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
- Train the user on Tally prime and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
- Update in the suite CRM and report on all the calls/ work done. Your salary details are strictly
Job Specification:
- Looking only Commerce Graduates
- Must have knowledge as well as Experience in Tally Prime
- Preferred Male candidates only
- Must have a vehicle (2 Wheeler) willing to travel locally.
