Support Executive – Chennai

Job Profile:

  • Handle Customers issues at various locations in and around Locally on technical queries and other issues on Tally Prime and give them the right solutions.
  • Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
  • Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
  • Train the user on Tally Prime and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
  • Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.

Eligibility:

  • Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background is mandatory.
  • Must possess a vehicle (2 Wheeler) willing to travel locally.
  • Good Communication skills in English/Tamil.
